The single most common mistake in esports recruiting: students submit a rank screenshot and call it a recruiting profile. Coaches want a verifiable match record, a highlight reel with timestamp callouts, and a short personal message explaining WHY they want to play for that specific programme. NE Network provides the match record infrastructure. The Esports Operations course builds the highlight reel and writing skills.
